Live Healthier with Qigong
Gentle Exercise and Meditation

“Imaging living a life filled with an abundance of health and happiness simply by putting the power of healing back into your hands!”
Spring Forest Qigong
These are all possible through the practice of Spring Forest Qigong, an effective combination of ancient teachings and modern wisdom. And now, the beginning Spring Forest Qigong health classes are available in the Tri-Cities, Washington area by Certified Level 1 Trainer, MaryAnn McDonald.
Spring Forest Qigong
“Qi” (pronounced “chi”) means energy, and “gong” means “to work with.” Qigong is simply working with your body’s own energy, and is one of the best ways to help maintain a healthy lifestyle by helping to remove energy blockages. Qigong is an active exercise and energetic healing Chinese practice related to Tai Chi, the gentle martial art.
Qigong has been practiced for thousands of years, traditionally a complex study surrounded by mystery. Spring Forest Qigong is a revolutionary and modern form of Qigong, developed by International Qigong Master Chunyi Lin after decades of study with some of the most renowned Qigong Masters in the world. Master Lin has simplified the practice and brought it into a form that works in today’s world and can be practiced by almost anyone.
The practice of Spring Forest Qigong, as developed Master Lin, focuses on healing ourselves and helping others to heal themselves. Master Lin sees his mission as helping train others toward his ideal of “a healer in every family and a world without pain and suffering.”
The Spring Forest Qigong Healing Center is in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and Qigong classes, including Levels 1 for health and Levels 2 through 3 for healing others are taught onsite.
